SHIPPING STATUS
We try our best to send out your packages on time every day! That means all Australian orders received before 3pm local Hobart time on a business day will be shipped out that same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.
DELIVERY TIME
Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Confetti is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Confetti can never guarantee a delivery date. If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

For formal and bridesmaid gowns, you do not require an appointment!
Our opening hours are Tuesday - Friday 10-5pm and Saturday 9-5pm.

Our samples in store are in sizes 4-32 and we can order from sizes 0-40+!
Our amazing In-House Alterations team can customise your dream dress for the perfect fit. Our friendly stylists will discuss all options with you!
When should I order my Formal or Bridesmaid dress?
When should I order my Formal or Bridesmaid dress?
Formal dresses can take up to 4 months to arrive then we will need time to alter your dress to fit you perfectly so ideally start shopping at least 6 months before your Formal or event. This will give you time to choose your dream dress and for our amazing alterations team to perfect the fit, length and any customisations you want for your big day.
We do have options for customers that purchase their gowns closer to their event date. We have amazing relationships with our Designers and have plenty of options that we are able to order in within just a few weeks, or even overnight!
We also have hundreds of brand new gowns available to purchase in store, ready to take home the same day!
Our stylists have all the relevant information at their fingertips and will be able to show you all of your options!

We keep a School register to ensure that we do not sell the same dress in the same colour to each school!
When you visit the store, we will ask you which school you attend and the date of your Formal and will make sure we don't let you fall in love with a dress that isn't available at your school.

We have 4 amazing seamstresses In-House that will work with you to ensure your dress fits like a glove!
For a tailored fit most people will require the dress to be shortened, straps tightened, and often slight adjustments to the bust.
Our team always love customising our customers dresses to be uniquely them! Whether that is adding sleeves, lowering backs, changing necklines or adding leg splits, our friendly team will explain all the options when you are in store!

We accept cash, Eftpos, Afterpay and Coogans Pay.
If you're ordering a gown, we require a 50% deposit to place the order. When your dress arrives at Confetti, we’ll contact you to let you know and to schedule your appointment to come in and try your dress on and either start alterations. At that point, we require payment of the remaining 50% balance.
Our friendly and compassionate stylists understand that life happens so be sure to ask your stylist if you require a more flexible payment plan.
If you are buying a brand new gown off the rack, we require 100% payment and you can take the dress home with you that day!
