About the role
Retail experience is preferred but not essential - we are looking for people with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and who are eager to learn!
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Fashion Sales Assistants to join our Confetti family!
In this role, you will be the heart of our store, helping customers find their dream dress while genuinely embodying our values of empowerment, positivity, fun, and exceptional service.
Suited to a vibrant person with a can-do attitude, you will be professionally presented, and have a passion for making people feel beautiful and confident.
You will be the ultimate people person! You genuinely love people and understand the importance of helping a customer find their dream gown for their special day. You will be bubbly, charismatic, friendly and confident!
You will encourage body positivity of all shapes and sizes and must have a knack for making people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
You will be a brand ambassador for Confetti Bridal & Formal and be responsible for maintaining the best possible customer experience always.
Please kindly note the Full time role is 9.30am-5pm Tuesday - Saturday. Casual and part time applications welcome but will involve Saturday shifts weekly.
Responsibilities
Consult one-to-one with our customers to help them find their dream Bridal or Formal gown based on their individual requirements, making them feel beautiful and confident
Provide exceptional customer service and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our client's expectations are achieved.
Foster a fun and supportive atmosphere for all customers, celebrating their unique styles and preferences.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and create a positive work environment.
Achieve individual sales targets.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing store environment.
Administrative tasks & stock management.
Follow all company guidelines.
Ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the boutique.

Sales experience preferred but not necessary.
Self motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
