We try our best to send out your packages on time every day! That means all Australian orders received before 3pm local Hobart time on a business day will be shipped out that same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.
DELIVERY TIME
Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Confetti is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Confetti can never guarantee a delivery date. If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

For formal and bridesmaid gowns, you do not require an appointment!
Wedding dress shopping requires our one on one expertise. We tailor each appointment to the bride’s requirements and shower you with one on one attention to ensure we answer all your questions. When you visit, you will also have plenty of time to try on all the gowns you like the look of, then come back to your favourites.
Of course you are always free to pop in, however please call in advance. Our Bridal appointments are 90 minutes with one of our friendly Bridal stylists in our private Bridal suite.
What sizes are your samples in store?

Sample sizes vary by designers but we carry a range from sizes 4-32 in store and if your sizing is outside that range, not to worry! We can order our gowns in sizes 2-40 and our amazing In-House Alterations team have ways of making sure you can experience the look of your desired dress!
When should I order my Formal or Bridesmaid dress?
When should I order my Formal or Bridesmaid dress?
Formal dresses can take up to 4 months to arrive then we will need time to alter your dress to fit you perfectly so ideally start shopping at least 6 months before your Formal or event. This will give you time to choose your dream dress and for our amazing alterations team to perfect the fit, length and any customisations you want for your big day.
We do have options for customers that purchase their gowns closer to their event date.. We have great relationships with our Designers and have plenty of options that we are able to order in within just a few weeks, or even overnight! You will also have the options to purchase a gown “off the rack” or from brand new excess stock. Our stylists have all the relevant information at her fingertips and will be able to show you your options!

Your gown typically arrives 4 months after purchase. The dress is delivered to us directly from the designer and we perform a thorough quality control check on each gown. Once we are satisfied the gown is perfect, we’ll call you to let you know the exciting news and to schedule a collection or your first alterations fitting!

We offer different layby payment options in our boutique.
If you're ordering a gown, we require a 50% deposit to place the order. When your dress arrives at Confetti, we’ll contact you to let you know and to schedule your appointment to come in and try your dress on and either start alterations. At that point, we require payment of the remaining 50% balance.
Our friendly and compassionate stylists understand that life happens be sure to ask your stylist if you require a more flexible payment plan.
If you are buying a brand new gown off the rack, we require 100% payment and you can take the dress home with you that day!
